Bilingual Client Care Associate (French/English)

Steele Auto Group has an immediate requirement for Client Care Associate to support our Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, PEI, and Newfoundland locations!
As a Client Care Associate with Steele Auto Group, you will be responsible for booking appointments, advising the customer of their upcoming service requirements, and communicating recalls. The work is all about customer care with a focus on the ability to serve and communicate with our clients efficiently and effectively.
Location: This role is primarily remote/work from home and can be performed from anywhere in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, or Prince Edward Island. There may occasionally be a requirement to work onsite at Steele Auto Group locations within your respective province.
This opportunity provides a progressive call center environment, that incudes NO WEEKENDS, NO EVENINGS and NO OVERNIGHT SHIFTS!!!
Hours: The set schedule consists of: 7:30am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
Wage: Hourly wage of $16.80 – $19.70, with an additional $1 language premium and the opportunity to earn up to $600 in monthly performance bonuses
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering customers by phone call, email, or text, with a friendly and polite manner
- Booking appointments and advising the customer of their upcoming service requirements
- Managing workload efficiently to ensure customers are handled productively
- Contacting customers to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries
- Updating customer information as required
- Maintaining confidentiality of information
- Ensure customers to have high-level satisfaction and repeat business by fulfilling their queries
- Partner with and support our dealerships to communicate and fulfill customers' needs
- Accurately report and document customer details in appropriate systems and tools
- Performing other duties as required
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual in French and English
- Strong computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Previous experience in a customer focused role
- Effective, two-way Communication skills
- Organized with ability to prioritize work
- Strong technical skills and highly motivated
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
- Strong multi-tasking ability
