Our Saint John, NB, location is seeking an Outside Inspection Technician

As an Outside Inspection Technician your key responsibilities will be:

• Assist all departments within Hydraulics, Rigging, and Rubber
• Conduct thorough inspections of rigging, lifting, and fall protection equipment, specifically within industrial environments
• Ensuring safety standards are met within industrial jobsites throughout the Maritimes
• Assisting with rigging inspections
• Inputting inspection results into company software
• Able to travel and work both indoors and outdoors
• Ability to work extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts

Our ideal candidate possesses:

• Minimum of high school education or equivalent
• Possesses trade or service experience in industrial settings
• Demonstrates strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Maintains a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Demonstrates high attention to detail and highly motivated
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Outlook, data entry, etc.
• Capable of embracing role changes and tackling new challenges
• Holding a Millwright (Industrial Mechanic) or Electrical ticket would be considered and asset
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
