Job Overview
The Business Analyst will be responsible for overseeing gathering business requirements and translating them into functional and technical requirements. They will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver solutions that meets business requirements.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for overseeing gathering business requirements and translating them into functional and technical requirements. They will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver solutions that meets business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements gathering
- Documentation generation (Business Requirements Document, Process Flow, User Stories, Use Cases, Test cases etc.)
- Leading projects
- Stakeholder Management
Gathers, analyzes, and defines requirements for cross-functional teams, managers, decision-makers, and affiliated departments
- Partner with the Application Support team and business stakeholders to gather and document business needs.
- Document detailed requirements and success criteria.
- Translates business requirements into functional and technical requirements and present to internal project teams and stakeholders.
- Meet with internal stakeholders to understand the project's goals and objectives.
- Participate in the intake, prioritization, and tracking of requirements processes, responsible for tracking of functional and technical requests.
- Uses visualization tools (e.g. Visio) to map business processes and workflows to solution, data, and user system processes and workflows.
- Uses agreed methodologies to identify priorities, delineate between needs and wants, and define minimal viable product.
- Analyze requirements using data, reports, documentation, and other inputs to identify possible solutions and opportunities for improvements and optimization.
- Maps business requirements to technology and data solutions, identifying capabilities, and gaps between business needs and standard application functionality.
- Works with developers and technical staff to design and document conceptual solutions, including standard functionality, customizations, and enhancements.
- Document all requirements for technical aspects of a solution, including features, UI, data capture and models, reporting and analytics, security and access, migrations, imports and exports, automations, and other components as required.
- Develop, document, and execute system test plans to assess the integrity and accuracy of business processes, solution configuration, enhancements, customizations, and patches.
- Support project teams, technical teams, and end users with technical & functional project and solution implementations/enhancements.
- Support developers and managers with creating technical documentation, administration guides, and other system artifacts (e.g. build/configuration book).
- Identify potential risks related to requirements, scope, and stakeholders. Capture lessons learned and feedback for future projects.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Follow new releases, patches, and system updates of the organizations.
- Perform other job-related functions as assigned.
- Support, analyze, and work with project resources to resolve critical production application issues as required.
- Analyze requirements using data, reports, documentation, and other inputs to identify opportunities for improvements and optimization.
- Recommend and design business and technical processes and workflows to meet ongoing business technical needs.
- Refine the testing and QA processes to support operational enhancements and maintenance for solutions.
- Act as a SME for key processes and requirements intersecting with technical solutions.
- Provide guidance for system and process workflow template creation and maintenance.
- Provide support during user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation phases.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to manage change requests and ensure proper approval processes are followed.
- Develop and maintain end user system training documentation and deliver training to users as required.
- Develop and maintain business process documentation and consider compliance in all business process analysis and redesign activities.
- Research and evaluate third-party vendors or software solutions based on requirements.
- Ensure integrity and quality of data, using established CCS and best practices.
- Assessment requests for mass data uploads & exports.
- Analyze existing data sources and systems to understand process and data requirements.
- Support documentation of data models, data mapping, and data transformation rules.
- Collaborate with data architects and engineers to identify solutions for imports, integrations, and ETL.
- 3+ years of experience as a business analyst.
- Experience gathering and documenting business process.
- Experience gathering and consolidating requirements from cross-functional groups
- Knowledge of an agile framework and method
- Data analysis
- Knowledge of CRM technologies (e.g. Salesforce) and related technology solutions
- Salesforce experience preferred.
- Salesforce certification preferred.
- Must be fluent in both English & French.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills as well as listening skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet constantly changing timelines.
- Proven experience in developing process documentation and visualizations.
- Superb problem-solving skills as well as demonstrated analytical and qualitative abilities.
- Proficient with MS 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
