- Act as the principal point of contact for customer inquiries
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support
- Effectively resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Promote and articulate the benefits of our products and services
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Proficient in utilizing customer service software and tools
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
- Tech-savvy with a strong desire to learn new technologies
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service capacity
- Strong customer-centric orientation
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- High school diploma or equivalent; preference for some college education
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service or call center environments
