The Role:
BGC is looking for a highly motivated and organized Junior Document Administrator to join our Calgary Team. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter who values teamwork, takes initiative, and takes pride in their work. In this office-based role you will be responsible for supporting a range of administrative needs such as electronic filing of contracts and collaborating with your fellow Contract teammates across BGC.

In this office-based role you will be responsible for supporting a range of administrative needs such as electronic filing of contracts and collaborating with your fellow Contract teammates across BGC.
Responsibilities:
- Document filing and organizing within a software program
- Additional support to team (research, expenses, scheduling meetings)
- Assisting Proposal’s Team with coordination and filing
- Collaborate with various team members
- Utilize different software programs to manage and organize documents effectively
- Attention to detail
- Data organization skills
- Checking for accuracy
- Comfortable in looking for information in contracts such as term date, parties involved and type of contract
- Maintain confidentiality
- Document control an asset
