POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Representative will work directly with clients across Upper Edge Property Management, Wong Capital, the Rent It Yourself Community, and LandlordPal. You’ll play a key role in supporting growth by engaging with prospective clients, managing the sales process, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

OBJECTIVES:
- Respond to inquiries from prospective clients across all four companies.
- Update the CRM system with notes and track progress after sales discovery calls.
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, including signed agreements and document submissions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market opportunities to position our companies as leaders.
- Assist with follow-ups, satisfaction checks, and outreach to gather client feedback and Google reviews.
- Exceed monthly sales targets by building relationships and closing deals.
COMPETENCIES:
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Google Workspace.
- Highly effective time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 2 years in sales, business development, or a customer service-related field.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Experience in real estate, property management, or related industries is a bonus.
