You will assist with the coordination of information from project team members and consultants for the preparation of applications /authorization/plans and with the preparation of project information for presentation to local stakeholders and regulators.

- Term length: 4 months
- Term start: May 2025
- Job location: Calgary, AB – Head Office
- Shift schedule: 5 x 2 – 8 hours (Monday – Friday)
- Safety sensitive position: Yes
- Assist regulatory and environmental coordinators in the preparation of regulatory submissions for amendments, authorizations, notifications for assets.
- Support in data compilation, statistical analysis for annual/quarterly reports, or applications
- Help with the preparation of reports and documentation to regulatory agencies to fulfill Indigenous consultation and engagement requirements for regulatory applications.
- Assist operations, regulatory/environmental staff in managing project commitments for specific assets.
- Support tracking of approval conditions to ensure on-going regulatory compliance utilizing a software solution.
- Assist with the monitoring of regulatory publications and review of project decisions (e.g. approvals and court decisions) on a regular basis to keep department apprised of new requirements and changes to applicable regulatory requirements.
- Currently enrolled in your 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of a recognized Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related program
- Attention to detail, organized, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
