Microsoft 365 Solution Specialist Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Project Services team to modernize and streamline processes using Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy solutions using the Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Lead the development and support of existing Microsoft 365 tools to optimize business process workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft 365 issues, including user access, connectivity, and performance issues.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in development and stay up-to-date with emerging Microsoft 365 technologies and trends and make recommendations for improvements
- Train the Project Services team on the usage of the tools and further develop their M365 knowledge and skills.
Mandatory Skills
- Certification: Having a Microsoft 365 certification such as the Microsoft 365 Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate would be an asset.
- Experience with Cloud Services: Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Azure, SharePoint Online and other Microsoft 365 tools.
- Project Management Skills: The ability to manage projects, coordinate with teams, and meet deadlines is crucial.
- Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise within the Microsoft 365 environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for explaining complex concepts to non-technical team members and stakeholders.
- Security Knowledge: Understanding of security protocols, data protection strategies, and compliance requirements related to Microsoft 365.
