How You Will Impact PLATFORM

The successful candidate will provide service excellence to our customers and insurance markets in Western Canada by servicing and maintaining the existing portfolio.

How You Will Be Successful

• Ensure PLATFORM’s quality of service standards is always upheld with clients
• Prepare and send out documentation with adherence to PLATFORM’s account management service standards
• Support the entire project placement life cycle including submission preparation, managing quotes, binding and billing project policies, tracking expiries and extensions, reviewing policies and handling all client documentation
• Manage billing for all transactions, renewals, endorsements and projects
• File corporate documents, records, and reports efficiently for all team members
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Education, Experience, And Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial insurance experience
• AIC License required (Level 1 required, Level 2 preferred)
• Knowledge of Applied Systems EPIC Broker Management System is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team orientation with strong interpersonal skills
• Possess exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
