Entry Level Sales Representative

In collaboration with our customer partners (independent retail agents or wholesale brokers), we are seeking energetic, dynamic, competitive individuals who are passionate about sales and ready to jump-start their careers in the insurance industry. Successful candidates will be hired for agent and marketing representative roles with top brokers and insurance agencies around the country and enrolled in an unparalleled training-and-development program for their first two years. The program is designed to develop candidates into elite salespeople who can develop meaningful business relationships, drive results and build a long-term career in the industry. Accepted program participant receives a detailed training plan outlining expectations and how the companies will invest in their development, and they will be assigned a dedicated sales mentor who will provide one-on-one coaching and support. As part of a national program, participants also have the opportunity to network with other participants, who are also launching their careers, from around the country.

  • An eagerness to learn and a desire for coaching
  • A positive attitude
  • Local and overnight travel may be required


The 50/50 Program is a joint venture between USLI and select customer partners (independent retail agents or wholesale brokers). We are always accepting applications for this program, due to the variety of openings around the country. Candidates should be prepared for a challenge, as the program is rigorous but equally rewarding for those who complete it. Please note: This is not a fully remote position. Salary range: $50,000-$60,000.
