StellarAlgo is the leading customer cloud platform for live audience businesses. We’re focused on growing and monetizing the world's most passionate digital audiences by recruiting high performers who know how to go for gold, work with their team, solve problems in real time, and speak up with creative ideas.  


The Enterprise Architect will support our CTO in identifying enterprise business needs and educating technical departments on frameworks and best practices. This role will also guide technology choices and development & operational processes inside the development and engineering teams. 


What You'll Do 

  • Drive the capturing, developing, and sharing of best practices internally and externally to scale expertise to accelerate implementation. 
  • Provide technical architecture and enterprise-wide subject matter expertise. Oversee technical development excellence, exceptional customer satisfaction, and accurate estimation of customer outcomes in partnership with the development teams. 
  • Innovate and solve software engineering and infrastructure engineering challenges at scale. 
  • Build the design and implementation of several internal services as well as integration strategies for external services. 
  • Partner closely with our security and privacy teams to produce innovative and secure solutions. 
  • Exert technical influence over your team members, increasing their productivity and effectiveness by sharing your deep knowledge and experience. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader, builder, and operator. 
  • Balance technical leadership and savvy with strong business judgment to make the right decisions about technology choices. 
  • Guide technical architecture, tools, patterns, capabilities, scope and identify gaps in enterprise capabilities & architecture to support enterprise scale performance needs, enterprise security needs, enterprise configurability needs. 
  • Review engineering and development skills, experience, processes and practices and identify gaps in achieving key enterprise outcomes or industry practices. 
  • Guide continuous delivery and integration practices 
  • Identify technical product feature gaps to support enterprise segment 
  • Perform software development as required to fulfill the mentoring outcomes and/or provide example patterns 

 


What We're Looking For  

  • 10+ years of experience building and implementing technical infrastructure and services, and/or consulting experience advising such operations 
  • 5+ years in a technical leadership role e.g. CTO, Head of Technology, Engineering/Technology Director, General Manager, Principal Solutions Architect, Lead Architect/Engineer, etc. 
  • Talent in effectively navigating and influencing executive stakeholders 
  • Ability to establish technical frameworks for teams to work within and manage performance accordingly
