About The Role

We’re looking for an Administrative Support to join our National Claims Finance Support team!

What You’ll Do Here

  • Perform various recurring administrative tasks such as posting recoveries in Claims systems (salvage, cheque deposits, EFTs, service center postings, collect credit card details from insureds and from third parties ,etc).
  • Monitor shared mailbox(es) and address associated inquires
  • Review stale dated cheques
  • Process cheques returned
  • Respond to a variety of requests to support operations
  • Support projects or new initiatives as requested

What You Bring To The Table

  • Administrative Technician or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5 years minimum of experience in an office environment
  • Legendary customer service and relationship building with the ability to understand stakeholders' needs
  • Highly organized and able to manage workflow efficiently without continuous supervision
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Attention to details & compliance to internal procedures
  • Critical thinking & problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada
