Red Seal Technician Annual Wage Range: $68,175 - $77,740 +
Maximize your earnings with Steele Auto Group’s internal Performance Incentive Program, which turns your hard work into extra cash every year!
How it works: For every hour you produce, Steele Auto Group puts $$$$ to your Personal Incentive Bank—watch it grow, year after year, with automatic annual payouts!

Applicants must have a Red Seal Certification in Automotive Service and a valid Motor Vehicle Inspection License. We’re looking for candidates who are well-organized, hardworking, and self-motivated with strong time management skills. A valid driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract are required.
Please note that for health and safety, a clean-shaven face is required for proper sealing on CSA-approved respirators. If this poses an issue, let us know, and we’ll accommodate where possible.
