As a Warehouse Manager your responsibilities include: 

  • Support a team of 4 Warehouse supervisors 
  • Manage the total movement, both inbound and outbound of product within de D.C. 
  • Control stock movement and accuracy, receiving, put away, stock location of supplier shipments, on time delivery, etc. in accordance with our policies and procedures. 
  • Ensure solid communications with all personnel and with suppliers & customers.  
  • Ensure respect of key performance indicators. 
  • Ensure accurate and measurable processes and to foster continuous improvements at the DC. 
  • Participate in various committees, negotiate occasionally with freight carriers, participate in decision making process. 
  • Prepare reports, budgets;  
  • Manage health and safety at the DC. 
  • Ensure maintenance of warehouse equipment (i.e. lift trucks, etc.) 

 



To join our team, you need: 

  • Community College degree and preferably a University degree in a related field; 
  • At least 10 years of experience in distribution, 5 in a management role; 
  • Solid computer skills; 
  • People management skills
  • Solid organizational skills and control of procedures; 
  • Team player with demonstrated communication skills.
