Night shift role (6:00p - 2:30a) on 5/2 schedule.
Candidates should be flexible to work in afternoon or morning shift as per business need.

As a Welder you will carry out welding on mechanical parts to a high degree of quality. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills whilst working on some innovative products.
As a Welder, you will be responsible for:
- Welding according to the applicable welding procedure specification or drawing requirement
- Being knowledgeable in welding processes particularly GMAW (Gas metal arc weld) process
- Being capable for hand grinding and pre-heat on welds.
- Conducting visual and in-process inspections in accordance with industry and Baker Hughes quality specifications
- Passing periodic welding tests in compliance with qualification procedures and/or ASME IX
- Using measuring instruments and ensuring product meets drawing requirement prior to release from weld station.
- Supporting shop activities and perform other tasks as assigned by Shop Supervisor
- Supporting quality, safety and improvement projects in shop
To be successful in this role you will have:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Journey man welder and/or registered in apprenticeship program.
- At least 2 years of hands-on industrial Welding experience
- Experience working with the GMAW (Gas metal arc weld) process
- Basic Microsoft office and computer knowledge to perform daily routine task.
- Ability or willing to operate over head crane, forklifts and other material moving equipment
- Comply with company’s safety requirements including perform mask fit test, hearing test etc.
