About The Role

We are seeking a motivated Commercial Sales Technician to join our team. In this role, you will represent a dynamic energy efficiency program while working closely with small businesses and commercial clients across Manitoba. Your responsibilities will include conducting basic lighting and insulation audits, providing pre- and post-installation customer service, and collecting technical data throughout the province.

Key Responsibilities

• Secure new clients and drive program participation to achieve growth targets.
• Serve as a local program representative, building relationships within the business community.
• Perform lighting and insulation audits to ensure compliance with program guidelines.
• Install basic energy-saving measures such as lightbulbs and faucet aerators.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and assist contractors and customers.
• Guide clients through the program process from initial engagement to completion.
• Travel across the assigned territory to meet with clients and conduct audits.
  
  

Qualifications

• 0â1 year of related experience (entry-level candidates are welcome).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
