Marketing Manager

Our client is seeking a creative and hands-on Marketing Manager to join their team in Calgary. The role focuses on building strong relationships with entrepreneurial tenants, organizing community-driven events, managing marketing budgets, and creating data-driven campaigns to enhance the property’s presence. Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To

• Foster strong relationships with entrepreneurial tenants and owners to understand their needs, enhance collaboration, and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.
• Plan, execute, and promote tenant- and community-focused events that increase foot traffic, improve brand perception, and foster engagement within the property
• Analyze event attendance, social media performance, and sales data to evaluate ROI and refine marketing initiatives for greater impact.
• Strategically allocate and manage marketing budgets for events and campaigns, ensuring cost-effective outcomes while achieving high-impact results.
• Work closely with the General Manager and other team members to align marketing strategies with operational goals and maintain a cohesive team environment.
  
  

Your strengths include:

• 3+ years of experience: Demonstrated expertise in marketing, event planning, and social media management, with a proven track record of driving engagement and brand awareness.
• Relevant education such as a Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or Events
• Proven ability to execute event marketing, social media campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives in a customer focused environment
• Relationship building: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with tenants, owners, and the on-site team
• Analytical mindset: Skilled in collecting and interpreting data to guide decisions and measure the success of marketing initiatives.
