About The Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Gi3 department. This role is ideal for someone with expertise across both frontend and backend development. However, if your strengths lie in either backend or frontend development specifically, we still want to hear from you. The salary range for this position is $84,000 - $140,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program. About The Role

- Build, test, and deploy Python/Django applications (backend candidates).
- Design and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Django Rest Framework (backend candidates).
- Architect and develop robust database solutions (backend candidates).
- Develop responsive, dynamic front-end interfaces using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (frontend candidates).
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design for a seamless user experience (frontend candidates).
- Build asynchronous backend systems to support high-performance applications (backend candidates).
- Implement best practices for security, performance optimization, and accessibility.
- Contribute to project planning, documentation, and agile development processes.

You are someone with:
- 5+ years of experience in either full stack, backend, or frontend development (or equivalent experience).
- Backend candidates: Strong focus on Python, Django, RESTful APIs, and databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Frontend candidates: Strong experience with React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and building dynamic user interfaces.
- Experience with asynchronous backend systems or frontend frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud services, particularly Azure, is an advantage.
- Optional but valued: Proficiency in C# / .NET 6+ for backend candidates.
- Optional but valued: Experience with Blazor for frontend candidates.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git.
- Bonus: Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and exposure to PowerBI or Tableau.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team or independently.
- Familiarity with agile development and testing frameworks.
- Optional but preferred: Knowledge of Azure authentication, cybersecurity practices, and cloud monitoring.
