The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in related field; The Sales Coordinator will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of client management, and a proven track record in account management or sales. This role requires a strategic thinker who can foster long-term partnerships and drive business.
Typical Duties And Responsibilities
Client communication and Relationship Management:
We stand as Canada's foremost pre-roll and white label manufacturer. We partner with LPs nationwide. Our passion is to provide quality products and develop relationships with our customers. We aim to evolve the cannabis market. Background - ANC was founded in 2017 by a group of passionate friends and became Alberta’s first micro cultivator licensed facility in 2019. We embarked on the pre-roll production journey in 2020. Currently we work with 4 different types of Pre-rolls – traditional, cigarette, blunt, and infused pre-rolls. We’re always looking for ways to innovate in the Cannabis industry.

Typical Duties And Responsibilities
Client communication and Relationship Management:
- Respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Oversee communications and relationships between the client and the business
- Resolve client issues and complaints as necessary.
- Understand and effectively communicate client needs and requirements.
- Build and maintain long-standing professional relationships with clients.
- Propose solutions to client problems and implement them withing reasonable timelines.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to a customer in a timely manner with help from Operations and the Quality Assurance team.
- Develop and execute account plans.
- Negotiate and close deals.
- Identify new business opportunities for key clients.
- Develop relationships with potential clients.
- Follow the sales strategy and forecast sales.
- Conduct cold emails and cold calls.
- Maintain and update the license list weekly.
- Save all documents into appropriate Business Development folder.
- Keep CRM and Excel spreadsheets up to date.
- Provide reports of sales data as requested.
- Coordinate with other parts of the business, including Operations and Quality Assurance.
- Ensure the company does not lose clients to its competitors.
- Stay organized and up to date with the latest cannabis trends and sales.
- Must have 2+ years of experience working in a sales or marketing position
- Hold a Degree in related field
- Posses advanced troubleshooting and communication skills to solve complex problems.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Able to demonstrate leadership in teamwork and complex assignments.
- Professional and concise communication in written and oral form.
- Strong computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, and able to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Implement tactics to stimulate outside sales growth
