Our client is seeking a Sales & Marketing Director to guide our sales and marketing team to achieve exceptional results. In this key leadership role, you'll not only drive revenue but also shape the guest experience, foster strong relationships, and help lead a culture of excellence.
What You'll Do
- Lead and inspire a high-performing sales and catering team to exceed revenue goals.
- Develop and execute innovative sales, catering, and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Oversee revenue optimization in collaboration with the Revenue Management team.
- Foster a culture of up-selling, coaching, and excellence across the department.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through strategic negotiations and personalized service.
- Champion community engagement and ensure the hotel's active representation in the local market.
- Optimize the use of Worldwide tools and resources for maximum impact.
- Analyze market trends to stay ahead of the competition, driving both short- and long-term success.
- A motivated, enthusiastic leader with a polished professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and energize teams.
- Proven experience in leadership roles, preferably within the hotel industry.
- Expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing sales performance.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest and associate experiences.
- A positive, collaborative attitude that encourages teamwork and recognition.
- Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management/Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of senior-level experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a full-service hotel environment.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue, managing expenses, and leading high-performing teams.
- Familiarity with sales CRM systems, marketing tools, and industry best practices.
