Make an impact with our Consulting – Human Resources team as an Analyst. This diverse team of professionals develops innovative and practical HR solutions for our clients. Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of consulting engagements, focusing on organizational development and people services in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.
  • Coordinate project logistics and work closely with the team to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Conduct detailed research through data collection, interviews, focus groups, and surveys.
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis, consolidating findings to draw meaningful conclusions and recommendations.
  • Identify innovative approaches to delivering value to clients, ensuring client needs are met and relationships are nurtured.
  • Assist clients with the implementation of new processes, tools, and HR programs.
  • Develop high-quality deliverables, including reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Support the design and development of engagement letters, policies, HR programs, and client communications.
  • Provide comprehensive recruitment services, including talent acquisition strategy, job description development, and candidate sourcing.
  • Support the management of Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads to conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and presenting shortlists.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates based on client needs, ensuring a strong cultural and skills fit for each role.
  • Coordinate candidate assessments, reference checks, and background screenings, ensuring thorough vetting before client interviews.
  • Provide guidance support to clients on recruitment best practices, including interview techniques, offer negotiations, and onboarding processes.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for future recruitment needs, ensuring clients have access to top talent when required.
  • Support clients with the development and implementation of effective onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Maintain flexibility to travel as necessary.


Skills And Experience

  • Post secondary degree in Human Resources Management or other related field.
  • CHRP or other related designations or certifications are considered an asset.
  • 2 to 4 years of human resources experience in a Coordinator/Generalist role.
  • Consulting and client-service experience considered an asset.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office
