What You’ll Do
Responsible to provide an exceptional level of customer service and maintain a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards, including meeting established productivity standards.
- Responsible for the general merchandise of the department and the care and safe use of any tools or equipment required
- Supporting the Deli Manager with all tasks and duties, processing daily payables, operating the Point-of-Sale system (when required), completing general housekeeping duties, assisting team members when necessary, and any other duties as assigned.
- Oversee inventory control, ordering and receiving for the department

Who You Are
You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:
- You have a minimum of 3 years Retail Deli experience
- You have previous Retail Supervisory experience
- You have exceptional customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
- You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
