We are seeking an experienced Communications and Content Lead to develop and deliver our communications, content, and media strategy in alignment with DIALOG’s Strategic Plan. This role offers the opportunity to amplify our brand by shaping narratives that retain, grow, and acquire clients, talent, influencers, colleagues, and collaborators. Responsibilities include overseeing and executing external communications, shaping internal communications and employee experiences, establishing meaningful metrics, and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is skilled in transforming complex topics into engaging, impactful social, video, audio, and written content, with expertise in digital content marketing, SEO, performance metrics, and the ability to develop and produce podcast and video content.
Reporting to the Director (Global), Marketing and Communications, you have a team to support you in addition to working and collaborating with other marketing and communications team members and practitioners.
With practice-wide responsibilities, you can be based in any of DIALOG’s studios. The role is hybrid with most working time spent in-studio. Travel to DIALOG studios is required from time to time.

How you'll make a difference
- Build, lead, mentor, and develop members of the communications team.
- Collaborate closely with other DIALOGers, especially other Marketing and Communications Leads, the DIALOG Chair, and other leaders to deliver our external and internal communications and content efforts.
- Develop and implement communications and media priorities aligned with DIALOG’s Strategic Plan.
- Lead operations of DIALOG’s external and internal digital and other communications channels, including website, intranet, social media, and earned media.
- Establish and track relevant metrics, interpret qualitative and quantitative data to inform impact and effectiveness of campaigns.
- Leverage data analytics to inform strategic decisions and discover areas of opportunity; advise on areas to optimize or automate and improve efficiency.
- Create content guidelines and an editorial process. Implement training and application so that the guidelines and processes are practiced across DIALOG.
- Transform complex topics into engaging, impactful social, video, audio, and written content.
- Develop and produce written, audio and video content.
- Provide advisory support to firm leadership and marketing leads across the practice to identify and coordinate external engagements and speaking opportunities.
- A dynamic storyteller with excellent editorial judgement and strong written skills.
- An exceptional relationship builder who can connect with diverse audiences and build trusted relationships.
- You are comfortable navigating change and can pivot to balance and prioritize multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Experienced and understanding of social media strategy and content creation and management.
- Successful delivery of complex projects that included a change management plan that was developed and exercised.
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or Journalism.
- 12-15 years of experience related to this role
