Job Title: Industrial Painter
Location: Saint John, NB
Shift/Hours: Full Time - Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm
Pay Rate: $18-$25/Hour

Assignment Information

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Professional Painter!
The ideal candidate will have a passion for quality workmanship and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying various finishes, and ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare surfaces for painting, including scraping, sanding, and priming.
* Apply paint, stain, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
* Ensure a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols.
* Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
* Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.
* Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Qualifications/Requirements:
* Proven experience as a painter (commercial or residential).
* Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and safety standards.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:
* Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders and standing for long periods.
* Comfortable working in various weather conditions and environments, including heights and confined spaces.
