What will your typical day look like?
As a leader in our Content Services practice, you will lead multi-faceted teams to help our clients solve some of their most difficult Records Management challenges and enable their digital transformation agenda through the effective use of information (e.g. meeting regulatory compliance obligations, increasing collaboration, automating processes, and integrating technology trends to modernize Information and Records Management Programs for our clients).
About The Team
Our Content Services practice helps a client with their end-to-end journey from upfront strategy through to implementation and operations. In this role, you will be helping to build our sales pipeline, engaging clients to present Deloitte’s thought leadership, educating them on the “art of possible” and advising them to implement solutions and business processes that get to desired tangible outcomes for Records Management. You will have an opportunity to work with industry experts, business stakeholders, and project delivery teams in a fast paced and collaborative environment. You will grow as a leader, as well as mentor others on their career path. We work with different vendors in the marketplace (e.g., Microsoft, OpenText, Hyland, and more) to bring the right solutions and capabilities to the table for our clients.

The salary range for this position is $84,000 - $175,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program. Enough about us, let’s talk about you
- You are someone who has experience in the areas of Records Management, Information Architecture Design, Content Migration, Systems Integration, and CSP Solution Implementation experience for one or more of the following- Microsoft 365 (particularly SharePoint Online, Teams, One Drive, and Purview), OpenText Content Server, OpenText extended ECM (xECM) for SAP S/4HANA, Hyland OnBase and Alfresco
- 5-10 years of experience working in a consulting-based environment with knowledge of the business processes and capabilities in the key industries that we typically work in – public sector, financial services, and/or energy & resources.
- Experience overseeing the project delivery lifecycle for Content Services offerings, i.e., Content Management Strategies, Content Service Platform implementations (OpenText and SharePoint Online experience is an asset) and supporting clients withstanding up Information or Records Management Programs.
- Experience with end-to-end sales cycle support (responding to RFPs, building pitch decks to clients, developing marketplace eminence, identifying pricing strategy, etc.)
- A strong strategic mindset – developing business cases / vision, current & future state assessments, governance, operating models, implementation roadmaps and defined scope and timelines.
- Responsible for day-to-day project management responsibilities (e.g. project status reporting, budget & forecasting, overseeing teams of 5-10 people, etc.) Ability to facilitate meetings with a diverse set of stakeholders – business, technical, executive. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Comprehensive knowledge of records and information management principles and practices. Ability to effectively communicate knowledge to stakeholders with various Records Management levels of expertise.
- An undergraduate or graduate degree (or equivalent work experience) in some of the following areas: Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Management, or Library Sciences
- Knowledge and experience in the end-to-end technology implementation cycle
- Demonstrated experience in building clear and concise deliverables in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Bi-lingual (French and English) is strongly desired (for Montreal location, fluent business level French is mandatory)
- Security Clearance to work in Government for public sector focused leaders.
