Posting Status Open This position is based at the Regina Parkway Campus and provides direct face-to-face support to first year psychiatric nursing students and faculty/leaders, while supporting second and third year students and off-site faculty remotely. Comfort with technologies, ability to coordinate and administer zoom sessions, and navigation in a variety of online platforms is required in the role.

2. Perform a variety of administrative, clerical and budgetary duties related to the Psychiatric Nursing Program.
3. Maintain a comprehensive filing system, both manually and electronically.
4. Prepare exams, rationales, quizzes and answer keys for the Psychiatric Nursing Program.
5. Prepare online exams, statistics and reports using Respondus.
6. Create and maintain program materials, guidelines and course manuals.
7. Enter and track student grades in spreadsheets and maintain and track all courses and transfer credits.
8. Arrange meetings, prepare agendas and record minutes for faculty and student progress meetings.
9. Develop and maintain necessary computer skills to meet program requirements
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE Specific Accountabilities

Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (QSA) 1. Grade 12 plus a recognized office administration certificate or an equivalent combination of training and experience, which must include training and/or experience in minute taking and transcription.
2. Two years recent and relevant experience performing administrative and clerical work.
3. Training and/or experience at the intermediate level in the use of common software packages, i.e. MS Office Suite.
4. Knowledge of common office procedures.
5. Effective interpersonal skills.
6. Effective communication skills.
7. Effective organizational skills.
8. Effective proofreading skills.
9. Ability to work independently under generalized supervision.
10. Demonstrates valuing diversity
