QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE Specific Accountabilities
Duties
Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (QSA) 1. Grade 12 plus an Office Administration certificate or an equivalent combination of training and experience, which must include training and/or experience in minute taking.
2. Two years recent and relevant experience performing administrative and clerical work.
3. Training and/or experience at the intermediate level in the use of common software packages, i.e. MS Office Suite.
4. Knowledge of common office procedures.
5. Effective interpersonal skills.
6. Effective communication skills.
7. Effective organizational skills.
8. Effective proofreading skills.
9. Ability to work independently under generalized supervision.
10. Demonstrates valuing diversity

Job Duties/Qualifications, Skills and Abilities(QSA)
Job Duties Job Duties- Manage a comprehensive system for receiving and tracking large amounts of student data using a specialized data base program.
- Manage processes to ensure safe access of SCBScN students and faculty to practice education facilities (hospitals, community agencies, schools, etc)
- Provide detailed and accurate information to students, faculty, and practice education sites (hospitals, community agencies, schools, etc) regarding student certification requirements for practice education.
- Research and retrieve information to compile reports related to practice education risk management
- Develop, implement, evaluate, and maintain processes for student risk management including scheduling and tracking sessions and identifying non-compliance as appropriate.
- Provide general program administrative support as required
- Provide support to meetings as required, including distributing agendas and recording minutes.
- Respond to inquiries from general public, students and faculty as required.
