Well Testing Supervisors

Are you a driven individual with a passion for the energy sector? Roska Production Testing Division, based in Grande Prairie, Alberta, is seeking dedicated team members who thrive on initiative and are ready to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation, rig up, operation, maintenance, and rig down of testing equipment, ensuring a seamless return to base.
  • Collaborate with field coordinators and operations managers to select the right equipment for each project.
  • Lead rig up/down activities, participate in the installation of test systems, and manage the assembly and operation of all test equipment.
  • Monitor equipment controls, sensors, and instruments, ensuring accurate data collection and quality verification for engineering and client use.
  • Conduct pressure and function tests, perform preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment to maintain optimal performance.
  • Assist in preparing HAZOP documentation, P&ID, and other relevant materials, adhering to all SOPs, JSAs, and MSDS guidelines.
  • Provide valuable input for improving test methods and equipment, documenting suggestions for continuous improvement.

Physical & Compliance Requirements:

  • Must pass pre-employment and pre-access drug and alcohol screenings, as well as background checks.
  • A clean driver’s abstract is required.
  • Physical fitness is essential, with potential fitness testing.
  • Willingness to work away from home for extended periods is a must.

Skills & Competencies:

  • In-depth knowledge of Frac Separators and support equipment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to remain focused and decisive under pressure.
  • Strong customer service orientation with outstanding communication and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficiency with well testing software, MS Office, and related computer skills.
  • Analytical thinking and a solid understanding of relevant mathematical calculations.
  • Exceptional command of both oral and written English.
