Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Writer to join our technical team, which focuses on developing precise positioning Smart Antenna products used in OEM product subassemblies and directly by commercial system operators. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing our existing documentation portfolio to ensure quick, clear, and precise deployment of our products in the field.

The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing our existing documentation portfolio to ensure quick, clear, and precise deployment of our products in the field.
Responsibilities
- Enhance user experience through clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation.
- Develop and maintain user manuals, installation guides, and reference materials.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and translate it into user-friendly content.
- Review and edit existing documentation to improve clarity and consistency.
- Ensure that all documentation is structured effectively for the end user and aligns with industry best practices.
- Support the creation of supplementary content, such as how-to videos, to improve customer understanding.
- Continuously update documentation to reflect product changes, new features, and customer feedback.
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer, with a strong focus on creating user manuals and technical documentation.
- Ability to structure and organize technical content clearly and logically.
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience working closely with technical teams and subject matter experts.
- Familiarity with technical writing tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare) would be an asset
