Bilingual Ratings Administrator, Risk Assessment and Reporting

As the successful candidate, you will represent Chambers of Commerce Group Insurance Plan, as well as other plans administered at Johnston Group, as you work closely with advisors and internal team members to assist in pricing new and existing business.
Reporting to the Manager, Risk Assessment and Reporting, you will communicate with advisors through email and phone calls using your natural ability to grow positive relationships. This position requires excellent time management and strong communication skills (written and verbal) with fluency in English and French.
- Hybrid working model based out of our Winnipeg, MB office only, with three days in-office per week.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in an administrative or client service support role, ideally in insurance or financial services
- MS Office experience with intermediate Excel skills (experience with basic SQL statements is an asset)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively convey information and build relationships with fluency in English and French
- Exceptional decision-making, analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the proven ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment
- Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to multi-task
- Helpful attitude and an eagerness to learn new programs, systems and skills
