Your Daily Role

The holder of this position will be responsible for coordinating and producing the consolidated cash flow analyses for the Previan Group, including reviewing entity-specific liquidity, managing cash flow projections, and improving treasury processes. The role also includes administering the expense management system and banking systems. As a member of the finance team, your attention to detail and analytical skills will play a key role in reviewing information from various entities, producing reports, and analyzing performance.

In This Role, You Will

  • Oversee the monthly cash flow forecasting process for the Group’s subsidiaries.
  • Consolidate cash flow forecasts.
  • Collaborate on treasury movements with financial controllers and the tax team.
  • Participate in the management of intercompany and external debts.
  • Maintain, manage, and enhance the ERP system for treasury purposes.
  • Coordinate the Group's credit insurance process for accounts receivable.
  • Administer the expense management system and bank access for the entire Group.
  • Produce various analyses to support the financial planning and consolidation teams.

What We’Re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel – intermediate/advanced level).
  • Bilingual in French and English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and work under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented and resourceful.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to the organization’s evolving needs.
  • Finance or accounting background (asset).
  • Experience with international groups (asset).
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP system (asset).
