The opportunity:
Under the general direction of the Manager, Strategic Projects and Accreditation Support Unit, the incumbent is responsible for coordinating all communications and documentation related to the Rady Faculty Health Sciences Accreditation processes and other Strategic projects assigned to this office. The incumbent supports the organization and coordination of all applicable processes and procedures in the accreditation processes for programs, which are subjected to review by national and international accreditation bodies.
The qualifications and experience we’re looking for:
- Undergraduate/Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
- Two years of directly-related administrative experience
- Experience with strategic projects accreditation standards for health sciences programs in higher education required, although proven experience/demonstrated ability in project coordination in a higher education setting will be considered
- Demonstrated experience in organizing and hosting large in person or virtual events
- An acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
