The Opportunity

  • Ensure the implementation of programming based on program objectives as outlined in the deliverables of funding contracts, community plans and individual employment goal plans
  • Ensure data collection and file maintenance
  • Prepare reports as required
  • Provide individual assessments and follow intake processes for applicants to the program as outlined in the funding contract

What You Will Bring To The Role

  • Two-year post-secondary Diploma in a related field: Life Skills, Social Service
  • Therapeutic life skills certification or employment counseling certification an asset
  • Experience working in a training or educational setting as a facilitator

Wage Range: The target hiring range for this position is $24.92 to $30.02. Candidates will typically be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the wage range. Placement within the wage range is dependent on the applicants’ role specific knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience and in consideration of factors such as market conditions and internal equity.
