Plant Manager

Our client, a young and globally respected organization, is a capital and equipment manufacturer with an immediate opening for a Plant Manager to join the organization and be the consistent point of contact for projects from design through to installation. The Plant Manager must be able to lead Safety, Production Processes, Quality, Maintenance, and Project Managers within a team atmosphere focusing on KPI driven objectives. Our ideal candidate will possess a post-secondary education in a technical related discipline and a minimum of ten years of similar experience in a design/build establishment. Essential to this role will be excellent written and oral communication skills, people management expertise, and decision-making abilities to support the EPC teams in an employee involved environment providing transparent metrics to all employees and inspiring change for improved productivity and engagement.
