Meraki Management Group Inc is currently looking for a Sales Representative - Telecommunications to join our team and represent our client's products and services. If you enjoy engaging and interacting with customers and are passionate about technology, we want to hear from you!
In this position, you will be responsible for attending one-on-one interactions with customers to showcase our client's products, create more brand awareness and generate new sales opportunities. Our team's top priority is to deliver the best-in-class customer service to ensure we develop and nurture strong relationships with our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and provide tailored product solutions.
- Understand our products and services to effectively communicate their value.
- Drive sales by presenting and promoting our promotional products and services to potential and existing customers.
- Cultivate relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Answers customer questions professionally, covering features, pricing, and additional benefits, demonstrating to customers how technology can enhance and simplify their lives.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the management team.
- Can pass a background check and are legally eligible to work in Canada.

Key Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- An outgoing personality with a positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computers and technology, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
