Role:

The Business Systems Analyst plays a key role at Sunrise Farms. Supporting and improving the business through utilization and optimization of our ERP and WMS software. This role works with different stakeholders to understand their needs and align them with our current software, as well as help plan out future features. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, be able to think on their feet, and be able to produce solutions that are mindful of efficiency and business requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain our current business processes, utilizing our ERP and WMS to identify areas for improvement.
  • Outline problems and design, configure, deploy solutions for IT projects.
  • Conduct gap and capabilities analyses.
  • Install, configure and upgrade enterprise business software applications.
  • Prepare/maintain reports and records (business processes, SOPs, business cases).
  • Coordinate activities for application sustainment.
  • Ensure vendor support for projects/systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather business requirements and ensure alignment with business system capabilities.
  • Facilitate the integration of new business processes into the existing systems, ensuring a seamless transition and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Provide training and support to users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize the business systems effectively.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience configuring and maintaining Syspro or another ERP software.
  • 1-3 years of experience configuring and maintaining a warehouse management system (WMS).
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Ability to balance leadership responsibilities with active participation in day-to-day tasks and operations.
  • Possessing a robust comprehension of requirement gathering and converting the business needs of non-technical stakeholders into technical specifications.
  • Experience configuring APIs and/or integration software.
  • Experience with SQL, writing queries, views, and stored procedures.
  • Experience building and maintaining SSIS solutions.
  • Coding experience (.net and/or C# experience preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with change management and project management methodologies.
  • Experience in installing, configuring, and upgrading enterprise business software applications.
  • Strong communication skills to train end-users and provide system support.
  • Good understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using PowerBI for data visualization and reporting.

Please note that the expected new hire salary range provided is derived from a group of like roles within Sunrise Farms. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
