What You Will Do

A part of a collaborative team, the Project Coordinator supports the execution of multiple design-build high-rise developments from preliminary design to close out.

• Design development
• Permitting from appropriate authorities
• Budgeting, take-offs, and cost estimating
• Schedule and management plans
• Contract management
• Project meetings
• Invoice approvals and progress draws
• Quality control programs
• Safety program, and standards
• Closeout process

What You Bring to the Table

• Engineering or construction-related degree/diploma
• High-rise multi-unit residential construction
• Project management/coordination experience
• Organization
• Negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Solid written and verbal communication
• Leadership qualities
• Results-driven mindset

Work Environment
