Agilus is recruiting for a Sr Financial Analyst in the manufacturing industry in Markham, Ontario.
The Senior Financial Analyst will closely interact with the management team, logistics, sales and purchasing groups. The Sr. Financial Analyst will be accountable for taking care of the budgeting, reconciliations, financial reports and audits activities.

Agilus is recruiting for a Sr Financial Analyst in the manufacturing industry in Markham, Ontario.
The Senior Financial Analyst will closely interact with the management team, logistics, sales and purchasing groups. The Sr. Financial Analyst will be accountable for taking care of the budgeting, reconciliations, financial reports and audits activities.
A Typical Day
- Forecasts and business plan preparation
- Create and analyze journal entries, financial reports, balance sheet reconciliations and audit schedules
- Financial reports and reconciliations
- Monthly and quarterly closing activities and variance analysis
- Conformity with SOX policies and procedures
- Fixed Asset tracking and reconciliation
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-5 years experience working in a high volume manufacturing environment. Automotive experience is a plus.
- Experience with JD Edwards or knowledge of SAP
- Must have experience with US GAAP and SOX compliance
- Solid experience with complex financial models
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel and PowerBI
- CPA/CGA/CA is an asset
- Permanent position
- Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm - Fully in office
- Salary base: $75 - $85 (depending on experience)
- Location: Markham, ON
