As Specialist, Site Experience B2B, you will work with and support the Site Experience B2B team to use customer data and competitive benchmarking to improve the online experience by modifying product finding methods, landing pages, and product detail pages. This work will result in improved customer and associate satisfaction, increased traffic and sales, and a higher conversion rate.

Your role

  • Analyze and leverage customer data, site behaviours, pre/post-transaction data, and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities to improve the online customer experience.
  • Monitor site satisfaction surveys and website session recordings to identify improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with the integrator and designer, and with other team functions to execute changes to the website.
  • Work closely with the business area’s advisor to translate data into actions that will improve the site experience and conversion rate.
  • Coordinate timelines, planning and distribution of work and ensure quality control of projects
  • Analyze and improve taxonomy, purchase path (search and navigation), digital content, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and post-transaction results

The Qualifications We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in eCommerce, B2B an asset
  • Strong numeric and advanced analytics aptitude
  • Experience working with web analytics tools, Adobe Analytics an asset
  • Strong interpersonal, motivational, and communication skills (speaking, writing, presenting)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, including prioritization, planning, and task delegation
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to perform in a fast-paced, changing environment
