The stated hours of work are approximate as schedules are subject to change with the operational needs of the Health Centre. Changes made to hours of work will follow the terms of the applicable collective agreement, company policy and/or legislation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Reporting to the Director, Cardiovascular/Stroke, Medicine and Ethics, the Project Manager will oversee the implementation of process improvement projects within cardiology and stroke. This role involves working with managers and team members to implement strategies, adhere to timelines, and assess effectiveness.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Bachelor’s degree required with a preference in a healthcare related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3-5 years experience in project management or quality improvement.
- Certification preferred in project management methodologies.
WHO YOU ARE:

- Proven experience in continuous improvement strategies.
- Excellent problem solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to engage and integrate multiple stakeholder perspectives.

- Superior communication and presentation skills.
- Skilled in MS Office and project management tools.
- Experience with performance measurement, data reporting, and analysis.
- Demonstrated facilitation and team building skills.
