We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Safety/Quality Data Analyst to join our team. If you are passionate about data analysis and driving continuous improvement, this role will provide an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
As the Safety/Quality Data Analyst you will:
- Design and implement effective data collection methods to capture relevant safety and quality metrics.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by establishing robust data validation processes.
- Maintain and update databases, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
- Perform comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in safety and quality data.
- Utilize statistical tools and software to analyze data and generate reports.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate data insights to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements based on data analysis findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement improvement initiatives.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and adjust strategies as needed.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on safety and quality performance.
- Document data collection methods, analysis procedures, and improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
As the Safety/Quality Data Analyst you will bring:
- Relevant certifications in data analysis, safety, and quality assurance (preferred).
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within safety and quality domains.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power Platform, Power Query, SQL, Python, and M-Language.
- Experience with data visualization software like Power BI and Vizio.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining effective working relationships as a team member.
