Job Description
You will work with the Canadian Fraud Management group and be treated as an equal member of the team, receiving meaningful assignments to deliver improvements to enterprise fraud platforms.
Responsibilities may include:
- E2E ownership of multiple projects from start to finish
- Engage with stakeholders, including senior levels, to understand issues and translate them into strategic direction with recommendations
- Conduct ongoing industry and competitive analysis for market insights related to fraud and fraud operations in TD
- Coordinate and prepare thought leadership positions, executive briefs, presentation materials for key stakeholders, leadership, and the senior executive team
- Sourcing, developing, and curating ideas that deliver value to customers and operations teams
- Lead the ideation process determining which ideas to promote to drive customer value and business outcomes
- Build process flow summaries, conduct business case analysis, and maintain audit controls for all initiatives
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in relevant studies such as Financial Analysis and Risk Management, Forensic Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Compliance and Regulatory Affairs
- Entrepreneurial & Critical Thinking: Ability to identify opportunities and articulate solutions with clear rationale
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills; capable of engaging and influencing senior executives
- Interpersonal Skills: Proven track record of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Technology Fluency: Understanding of emerging technology trends
- Project Delivery: Experience in platform or application development programs
- Process Excellence experience; Lean-Six-Sigma accreditation is a plus
- Proficient with Excel, Visio, and other analytical tools

- This position is a 4-month work term from May 5th - August 29th, 2025.
