A regular day for you will include:

  • As a consultant in loan solutions, you will support customers and prospective customers on the phone and in person to provide the best-in-class service.
  • Ensure loan applications are assessed accurately and timely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail oriented and able to closely follow credit policy rules to ensure risk parameters are consistently followed.
  • Gathering loan information
  • Selling our loan and protection products
  • Closing loans virtually and in person
  • Following up past due customer accounts.
  • Cash controls including taking payments
  • Commit to your personal training and development to support our mission to deliver the best borrowing experience to earn our customer’s trust and loyalty.

Must-haves:

  • Authorized to work in Canada
  • High-school diploma or the equivalent is an asset
  • Great communication skills

Extra - awesome to have:

  • You have at least 1 year of prior experience in loan underwriting, experience in a financial institution.
  • Previous experience working with loan origination software
  • Post-secondary education in Finance or Business Administration
  • Maintain a positive supportive attitude, help to maintain a gratifying work atmosphere!
