A Typical Day
- Provide excellent customer service to existing clients by phone and email
- Provide a superior knowledge of products and services
- Provide thoughtful solutions when solving problems for clients
- Assist other team members with projects as assigned
- Ability to review orders for accuracy and completeness
- Proficiency in basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Must have 2 + years in an order desk/ customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) are required
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a similar role related to glass products or construction materials
- Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- 4% vacation pay every pay cheque
- Collaborative Culture
- $18.00-$22.00/hour
