The job:

Are you passionate about fitness and a "gear nerd" and have extensive knowledge of fitness equipment?

We're a rapidly growing e-commerce company selling fitness equipment across Canada and the USA and we are in need of a knowledgeable customer service maestro, who is either familiar with Bells of Steel products, or has a very good understanding of the types of equipment we sell.

Experience with email ticketing software, as well as being comfortable on the phone is a must, along with lending a hand in the warehouse and getting your hands dirty here and there.

This is a highly independent role, with little to no supervision; problem solving and self-starting are a must.

What you will be doing:

  • Answering phone calls from customers and resolving their issues
  • Dealing with customer service tickets
  • Troubleshooting logistics problems
  • Creating sales quotes
  • Handling order returns in our warehouse

The schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm MST, with occasional weekend shifts.

The right candidate will be located in the Calgary or Toronto area. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of one day per week in person at our location.
