Position Summary

As a Product Marketing Manager at Trend Micro, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our consumer cybersecurity product strategy. This position requires a dynamic individual who excels in cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration, building strong internal and external relationships, and taking the initiative to adapt and pivot in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

You will lead the development and execution of data-centric programs and projects within the organization. This role focuses on managing new data and analytics initiatives that impact multiple departments, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategies. The ideal candidate will have a blend of project management expertise and technical & business acumen in data and analytics.

This role requires project management, communication, and the willingness to take initiative, try new things, and work as a team. Expect to travel approximately 10% of the time and have some meetings outside your standard working hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business and platform data needs, including customer journeys and optimization, to help drive higher conversion and renewal rates.
  • Data Analytics: Regularly monitor the success of the data strategy program, identify areas for improvement and optimization, working with relevant enterprise data and analytics engineering teams to implement enhancements.
  • Strategic Go-to-Market Planning: Drive the development and execution of go-to-market strategies in marketing automation platforms for new product launches. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define target markets, positioning, and promotional tactics, ensuring successful market entry and sustained growth.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience: Bring 4+ years of progressive responsibility in program and product marketing, including managing programs on cloud data platforms, preferably with tooling like Tableau, PowerBI, etc. Experience with Marketing Automation platforms is a major plus.
  • Education: Post-secondary education (degree or diploma) in marketing, business administration, communications, economics, or equivalent experience.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Focus: Passion for understanding and improving customer product journeys.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams globally. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to influence others.
  • Creativity: Leverage your creative thinking to develop innovative go-to-market strategies and messaging that capture the attention of our target audience in a competitive market.
