Supply Chain - Replenishment Optimization:

Supply Chain at Loblaw is the engine which drives the business. The Replenishment Optimization team ensures our store shelves are stocked through functions like responsible sourcing, demand forecasting, and inventory management. Our team builds automated reporting solutions and tools that track performance against KPIs and identify ways to improve operational efficiency.

Position Overview:

Term Length: 4 months

Join us for an exciting Co-op opportunity within Loblaw Supply Chain. The Data & Analytics Co-op will collaborate with Supply Chain teams to create and deliver reports and tools in support of automation. If you enjoy capturing business requirements and implementing reporting solutions, this might be the perfect fit!

What you’ll need:

  • Provide analytical insight from large volumes of data to drive efficiency within the supply chain team and support decision-making.
  • Capture supporting technical solutions (SOPs, job aids, flow charts) and act as a point of contact for reporting questions.
  • Work in both project and development support environments, aligning functionality to a live production environment.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in a relatable field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong digital literacy: Proven expertise in SQL, Python, and web development skills (PHP and JavaScript).
  • Skills in MS Office (including MS Access) would be an asset.
  • Experience working with large data sets and crafting robust reports.
