We are currently looking for the following talent for future opportunities:
Senior Project Manager
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for planning, developing, delivering, and reporting on assigned projects within scope, schedule, and budget, and in line with corporate and client procedural boundaries. Typically, projects, renovation projects, installations, and/or new construction projects, such as new facilities and building additions, will be of high complexity and dollar value. The Senior Project Manager may also be expected to work evenings and weekends, on occasion, and coordinate other project delivery team members in the delivery of programs, projects, or large initiatives.
Project Manager
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, developing, delivering, and reporting on assigned projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, budget, and requirements. Typically, projects, renovation projects, installations, and/or new construction projects, such as new facilities and building additions, will be of moderate complexity and dollar value. The Project Manager is also expected to coordinate with other team members to ensure the successful execution of projects, managing resources and timelines to meet project goals.
Construction Project Manager
The Construction Project Manager (Interiors) specializes in managing retail building interior renovation and fit-out projects. They are responsible for overseeing multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This includes managing EHS safety protocols, supervising construction trades, and resolving conflicts related to schedules, construction, and design. The role requires ensuring that product quality and construction industry standards are consistently met throughout the project lifecycle.
Associate Project Manager
The Associate Project Manager is responsible for planning, developing, delivering, and reporting on assigned projects within scope, budget, and requirements. Typically, projects, renovation projects, installations, and/or new construction projects, such as new facilities and building additions. Projects at this level are typically of low complexity, risk, and exposure. The Associate Project Manager may also be expected to coordinate with other team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined parameters.
These roles will work in collaboration with all key BGIS departments to ensure full support of all activities and play a key role in our INTEGRATED approach to project management.
