InsureMyTrip is looking for a Insurance Agent in the Customer Care Department. As the primary contact, the Insurance Agent helps customers by educating and navigating them through the many travel insurance plans offered by IMT.

• $43,680 CAD Annual

The Adventure Ahead

• Provides sales and service to customers calling in (No cold calling)
• Determines the customer’s needs and recommends the appropriate plans available by asking questions and conversing with customers
• Processes changes to existing policies
• Remains knowledgeable on updated products, services, and procedures
  
  

Skills And Experience Needed

• High School degree/GED
• Two years of Customer Service experience
• RIBO license preferred
• Dependable and able to work 9:30-5:30 Monday - Friday
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to converse with a diverse customer base
