Business Development Manager

Reporting directly to the COO, this role presents a unique opportunity for a results-oriented Business Development Manager to spearhead the growth of specialized services in the North American mining sector.

Focusing on geology and mining-related services, the successful candidate will develop strategic relationships, expand market presence, and drive revenue growth. By executing a comprehensive sales strategy, they will collaborate across teams and engage with clients at all levels to achieve measurable success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for business development and client relationship management.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to identify new opportunities.
• Support proposal development and ensure successful project delivery.
• Contribute to the creation of new services and business models.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in business development within the mining industry.
• Proven track record in achieving business growth and exceeding client expectations.
• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, geology, or a related technical field is required.
• Strong understanding of technical mining services and operations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all levels.
